In February, RootstockLabs joined Merge São Paulo, one of Latin America’s key events for digital assets and financial innovation, connecting builders, founders, and institutions.

A shift in the conversation
During the event, RootstockLabs’s CEO, Diego Guitierrez, spoke on the panel of “DeFi 2.0: The Next Wave of Decentralized Financial Products”.
The discussion focused on how financial products are improving and what institutions need to see before getting involved at scale.
Bringing the right people together
Alongside the conference, RootstockLabs co-hosted a private event with Mercado Bitcoin and Hypernative, bringing together partners and industry leaders for open, focused discussions. Topics included risk management, compliance, and day-to-day operational needs.
